Documents to be submitted to issue LPC

All the transferred teachers from Gorlaveedu are requested to submit the following documents(hard copies) to issue the LPC



1) Application form(to issue the LPC)

Include the following points

A)  Are u willing to take salary (1st to 6th January 2022) in new station or not

B)  Details of your new station (Mandal,district,HRA%)




2)  District Allocation order 



3) School allocation order



4)  Joining report 



5) Non drawal certificate 



6) Leave Account 



7) No due Certificate 

(submit to Mallikarjun sir)

*NOTE*


1.  LPC will be issued after issuing guidelines by DTA Hyderabad 


2. LPC will be issued only after allotment of PGHM/FAC to Gvd school
